Don't face problems alone...

If you need help this Christmas then there is support available for you.

You may feel you need extra help or support over Christmas or something may happen which means you need emergency advice and help. This could be accommodation issues, money worries, substance mis-use concerns, contraceptive advice or anything else that is worrying you.

If you feel you need to speak to someone then you can call our emergency helpline on 080 800 13 219.

Our Connexions Centres will also be open at various times over the Christmas period should you need to speak to someone face to face.
